The Commodore Hotel has earned a great reputation as one of Sydney's best pub dining destinations. Our resident chef, Lucia Dengate has designed a delightfully refreshing menu where patrons can enjoy a wide ranging selection, from classic "pub food" to enticing salads, fresh seafood and pasta, and quality aged steaks.

There are two menus on offer at the Commodore. For those in a hurry, the Bar Food Menu offers great value with old favourites such as steak sandwiches and mountainous nachos, while the main Bistro Menu offers a great choice of fresh and exciting food, showcasing the talents of our experienced chefs.

Reservations are not taken for the bistro and an open seating policy allows patrons to enjoy a quick business lunch, a get together with friends or a late night or mid afternoon meal in a relaxed and informal setting.
